Rebuilding Trust in Bespoke Jewellery Design
Rebecca’s Story…
Becky contacted us after having an extremely disappointing experience having a ring created using her wedding ring and other important pieces of jewellery.
The ring was uncomfortable to wear, the gold was tarnished, thin and sharp at the edges and the gemstones weren’t set straight. After spending a significant amount of money on her bespoke ring, she simply wasn’t wearing it.
Becky tentatively got in touch with Legacy to find out if we could help create the ring of her dreams - using the gold from her existing ring, the diamonds from another ring and a loose pale yellow diamond she had bought some time earlier with the hope of one day having a beautiful piece created.
The challenge was on!
We explored design ideas with Becky, knowing she was keen on created a Raindance-inspired design…
She considered adding another yellow diamond, or just using her one yellow in an asymmetrical design….
Becky’s final design was shown to size and scale. Her old gold would be re-used to create the central band.
The Completed Legacy Ring
Becky’s completed ring was absolutely wonderful and she was thrilled!

“From the minute I contacted Legacy, to the second I tried on my ring I have been dazzled by the ease of process, the joy of design and then finally the awe of my new wonderful piece.
