The Magic Of CAD Technology

There are still many jewellery designers who work with a pencil and a piece of paper. This old fashioned technique, whilst highly skilled and worthy, means that it is very difficult to imagine and be confident in what your finished jewellery will look like. There is a big leap of faith required when opting for this traditional design process and there is a certain amount of risk and trust involved.

Here at Legacy we use the very latest CAD technology which means we can create images of designs from every possible angle, meaning nothing is left to chance.

This removes the risk of creating a piece you are not going to instantly love.

An Extra Step…

If there are any doubts, so if you are not 100% sure after we have created your design to size and scale, we will recommend an extra step in your individual Legacy journey.

This extra step is a wax model of your design. Having this wax printed by a specialist company takes around a week, but it means you can try on the design, see how it fits and looks on your hand, look at the intricate detail and be 100% sure before you decide to proceed.

Here at Legacy we will not proceed with creating your new piece unless we know you are 100% thrilled and excited with your design.
